Spencer Anderson
Owner, Urban Desert Homes
Spencer Anderson is the founder and owner of Urban Desert Homes, a premier luxury home builder based in Southern Utah. With a passion for modern and contemporary design, Spencer brings a unique blend of high-efficiency construction and high-end custom craftsmanship to every project.
Before launching Urban Desert Homes, Spencer spent seven years building for one of the region’s largest residential developers, completing a wide range of homes—from townhouses to multimillion-dollar estates featured in the prestigious St. George Parade of Homes. His experience across all product types gave him the insight and drive to create a company focused on delivering superior quality at a more accessible price point.
Spencer’s journey into homebuilding began after a successful career in finance. A graduate of Utah Tech University, he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance while playing collegiate soccer. He later became a Series 7 licensed financial advisor, managing millions in client assets over six years before transitioning into the construction industry.
Having lived in Southern Utah for over 15 years, Spencer is deeply connected to the community and committed to elevating the local housing market through thoughtful design, efficient building practices, and a client-first approach.
